Watchman SENSIT Domestic Oil tank monitor/gauge
The Kingspan SENSiT is a smart Wi-Fi tank level monitor that enables you to monitor and control your oil levels through the smartphone app. You can check your tank's level from anywhere, and you will get notifications and alerts to your smart device when there are sudden drops in oil, predicted run out, consumption monitoring and low level alerts. The SENSiT even works with Alexa, so when asked 'How much oil is in my Tank?', she will be able to let you know!
IMPORTANT
This product has been designed to work with domestic Wi-Fi routers. In the case of mobile broadband and business routers or managed networks, please check with your provider or network administrator before purchasing this device
Level in the APP is updated once per day in the early morning hours, and it's rounded to the nearest 5%. Environmental factors e.g. temperature and registered tank details may affect the accuracy

Incompatible routers/Wi-Fi devices
Even if your router is not on this list, your router might be incompatible with SENSiT device.
Symptoms of an incompatible router or incompatible router settings include:
- Pairing error message in Kingspan Connect APP
- Red light on the SENSiT USB receiver even after successful pairing
- Frequent unit reboots
- Random unit disconnection (red light)
- Outdated readings in Kingspan Connect APP

How it works
The SENSiT Oil Tank Gauge consists of a battery operated ultrasonic transmitter installed on your oil tank, which wirelessly transmits a signal to the USB Wi-Fi receiver plugged in to a USB socket (not supplied) in your home, which sends signals to your Smartphone App, so you never run out of oil again!

Delivery Terms
The delivery of a tank can be confusing as each manufacturer offers a slightly different service and lead time. Please refer to our Delivery Information page. Standard tank deliveries are "kerbside", which means the tank will be delivered to the kerb only and not positioned further. Should you have specific delivery requirements or restrictions, please contact us to discuss.
Tanks over 2,500L — articulated lorry, customer offload
These tanks are delivered on an articulated vehicle (approximately 16.5m long × 2.6m wide × 3m high) which has no offloading on board. It is the customer's responsibility to offload the tank, which may require a telehandler or forklift.
Curtain-sided vehicles are also used, so please note that if there are obstacles or overhanging branches on the road to the delivery site, the driver may refuse to drive to the location due to the risk of damaging the vehicle. Please let us know about any obstructions before delivery so we can arrange alternative transport.
18-tonne tail-lift HGV
This vehicle is roughly the size of the largest bin lorries — approximately 8.2m long × 2.6m wide × 4m high, and often curtain-sided. If there are overhanging branches, these vehicles will not attempt the route, so a smaller vehicle should be requested.
Tanks are lowered to the ground but not positioned, as this is a kerbside delivery. If a smaller vehicle is required, email sales@fueltankshop.co.uk quoting your order number and name.
HIAB delivery
HIAB delivery is available but must be requested, and carries an additional cost. Email sales@fueltankshop.co.uk quoting your order number and name, and we'll come back to you with a price.
Accessories
Most accessories are delivered within 1–3 working days. Certain products and postcodes may take longer — check the product page for current information. If you need them sooner we can sometimes offer a next-day service; please contact us to discuss. If an item is out of stock we'll advise the expected lead time, and you're free to cancel for a full refund.
Returns Information
Customers may return items within 14 calendar days, as set out in section 7 of our Terms & Conditions.
All items must be returned unused. Refunds cannot be issued for used or previously installed items.
Please be aware that returning a tank can be complicated and expensive, so do check you're ordering the correct item — we strongly suggest checking the dimensions carefully before you buy.
How to return an item
- Complete the form on our returns page with details of your order.
- Once your request is approved, we'll issue a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) along with instructions on how and where to return your order, and any costs involved.
- Please do not return any goods without this authorisation. Goods cannot be accepted without a valid RAN.
- Returns are not accepted at our Minehead office. Please wait until we contact you before returning anything.
