Product Overview
The Titan FuelMaster FMV5000 Smart is a 5,000 litre bunded diesel storage and dispensing tank designed for commercial, agricultural, industrial and fleet-refuelling applications.
Combining high-capacity diesel storage with an integrated dispensing system and intelligent fuel monitoring, the FMV5000 Smart provides a secure and convenient way to store, manage and dispense diesel or HVO on site. The tank features a lockable equipment cabinet, 230V dispensing pump, automatic shut-off nozzle, 10-micron water and particulate filter, pulse meter and Watchman Flo remote monitoring system with Kingspan Connect app compatibility.

Watchman Flo Smart Fuel Monitoring
A key feature of the FMV5000 Smart is the Watchman Flo remote level, flow and dispensing measurement system.
The system is supplied with a digital display and compatibility with the Kingspan Connect app, subject to the required subscription. It is designed to provide additional visibility of tank contents, fuel usage and dispensing activity.
This monitoring functionality can be useful for businesses and fleet operators that need to keep track of fuel stocks and understand how fuel is being used across a sit.
Secure Lockable Cabinet
The dispensing equipment is housed within a lockable cabinet.
The cabinet helps protect the pump, filtration equipment, hose connections and monitoring components from unauthorised access. It also provides an enclosed area for the dispensing equipment and includes a drip tray to help manage minor drips around the dispensing area.
A motion sensor light is included to provide illumination when the cabinet or dispensing area is accessed.
Delivery Information
Please note it is the customer responsibility to arrange suitable offloading equipment unless a hiab has been requested at a additional cost.
We recommend not to book any installation or machinery until the tank has been delivered. We will not be responsible for any additional cost occurred with delayed deliveries.
Failed deliveries may result in additional charges.
Collection may be available ex works (Please contact us in regards to this option).

Delivery Terms
The delivery of a tank can be confusing as each manufacturer offers a slightly different service and lead time. Please refer to our Delivery Information page. Standard tank deliveries are "kerbside", which means the tank will be delivered to the kerb only and not positioned further. Should you have specific delivery requirements or restrictions, please contact us to discuss.
Tanks over 2,500L — articulated lorry, customer offload
These tanks are delivered on an articulated vehicle (approximately 16.5m long × 2.6m wide × 3m high) which has no offloading on board. It is the customer's responsibility to offload the tank, which may require a telehandler or forklift.
Curtain-sided vehicles are also used, so please note that if there are obstacles or overhanging branches on the road to the delivery site, the driver may refuse to drive to the location due to the risk of damaging the vehicle. Please let us know about any obstructions before delivery so we can arrange alternative transport.
18-tonne tail-lift HGV
This vehicle is roughly the size of the largest bin lorries — approximately 8.2m long × 2.6m wide × 4m high, and often curtain-sided. If there are overhanging branches, these vehicles will not attempt the route, so a smaller vehicle should be requested.
Tanks are lowered to the ground but not positioned, as this is a kerbside delivery. If a smaller vehicle is required, email sales@fueltankshop.co.uk quoting your order number and name.
HIAB delivery
HIAB delivery is available but must be requested, and carries an additional cost. Email sales@fueltankshop.co.uk quoting your order number and name, and we'll come back to you with a price.
Accessories
Most accessories are delivered within 1–3 working days. Certain products and postcodes may take longer — check the product page for current information. If you need them sooner we can sometimes offer a next-day service; please contact us to discuss. If an item is out of stock we'll advise the expected lead time, and you're free to cancel for a full refund.
Returns Information
Customers may return items within 14 calendar days, as set out in section 7 of our Terms & Conditions.
All items must be returned unused. Refunds cannot be issued for used or previously installed items.
Please be aware that returning a tank can be complicated and expensive, so do check you're ordering the correct item — we strongly suggest checking the dimensions carefully before you buy.
How to return an item
- Complete the form on our returns page with details of your order.
- Once your request is approved, we'll issue a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) along with instructions on how and where to return your order, and any costs involved.
- Please do not return any goods without this authorisation. Goods cannot be accepted without a valid RAN.
- Returns are not accepted at our Minehead office. Please wait until we contact you before returning anything.
