The Watchman Access units comes with a Starter pack of 40 cards & fobs - additional RFID cards & fobs can be purchased separately.
Watchman Access provides a range of fuel management functions, including:

- User identification using RFID cards
- Two-step refuelling authentication
- Remote management of authorised users
- Remote control of the fuel pump
- Fuel theft detection
- Leak detection
- Fuel level drop detection
- Fuel replacement detection
- Reporting functions
- GPS location control
- Database capacity for up to 1,500 users and vehicles
The system can therefore provide businesses with greater control over who can dispense fuel and a record of fuel usage associated with individual users or vehicles.
RFID User Identification
Watchman Access supports user identification through unique RFID cards.
The system can be configured to identify drivers or other authorised users, while two-level authentication can be used where additional control is required, such as pairing a driver with a vehicle or requiring manager and driver authorisation.
This makes the FMV3500 PRO suitable for fleet operations where multiple people may be using the same fuel station

Delivery Terms
Please contact us in relation to leadtimes for these products
The delivery of a tank can be confusing as each manufacturer offers a slightly different service and lead time. Please refer to our Delivery Information page. Standard tank deliveries are "kerbside", which means the tank will be delivered to the kerb only and not positioned further. Should you have specific delivery requirements or restrictions, please contact us to discuss.
Tanks over 2,500L — articulated lorry, customer offload
These tanks are delivered on an articulated vehicle (approximately 16.5m long × 2.6m wide × 3m high) which has no offloading on board. It is the customer's responsibility to offload the tank, which may require a telehandler or forklift.
Curtain-sided vehicles are also used, so please note that if there are obstacles or overhanging branches on the road to the delivery site, the driver may refuse to drive to the location due to the risk of damaging the vehicle. Please let us know about any obstructions before delivery so we can arrange alternative transport.
18-tonne tail-lift HGV
This vehicle is roughly the size of the largest bin lorries — approximately 8.2m long × 2.6m wide × 4m high, and often curtain-sided. If there are overhanging branches, these vehicles will not attempt the route, so a smaller vehicle should be requested.
Tanks are lowered to the ground but not positioned, as this is a kerbside delivery. If a smaller vehicle is required, email sales@fueltankshop.co.uk quoting your order number and name.
HIAB delivery
HIAB delivery is available but must be requested, and carries an additional cost. Email sales@fueltankshop.co.uk quoting your order number and name, and we'll come back to you with a price.
Accessories
Most accessories are delivered within 1–3 working days. Certain products and postcodes may take longer — check the product page for current information. If you need them sooner we can sometimes offer a next-day service; please contact us to discuss. If an item is out of stock we'll advise the expected lead time, and you're free to cancel for a full refund.
Returns Information
Customers may return items within 14 calendar days, as set out in section 7 of our Terms & Conditions.
All items must be returned unused. Refunds cannot be issued for used or previously installed items.
Please be aware that returning a tank can be complicated and expensive, so do check you're ordering the correct item — we strongly suggest checking the dimensions carefully before you buy.
