Tigerloop Combi Bio De-Aerator
The Tiger Loop Combi Bio removes air from heating oil and can be fitted internally. Not only compatible with standard mineral fuels like kerosene and gas oil but also bio-liquids and bio-liquid/mineral fuel blends. With integrated disposable 15 Micron Particulate oil filter. Suitable for oil, kerosene and biofuel. 1/4" F BSP.

The Bio Tigerloop automatically and continuously de-aerates the fuel, venting to atmosphere. This is the only way to prevent air from going to the burner. This proven method of de-aeration ensures the best possible efficiency for the heating system. The only additional requirement for indoor installation is to connect a copper pipe to the top of the Tigerloop, the de-aerated gases can be piped to discharge externally.
The Tigerloop Combi Bio offers several advantages thanks to the integrated filter. It allows the possibility of choosing different filter inserts depending on the need. The installation is done with fewer connections, simplifying work and reducing the risk for leakage.
The Tigerloop Bio is designed for use with bio liquid fuels produced to BS EN 14213 and fuel blends up to B100.
Fitting requires three 1/4" BSPF fittings.
The Tigerloop is a product designed to meet increasing demands on energy savings, environmental and operational safety. Environmental regulations and changes in oil qualities continue to place high demands not only on material selection, but also on clean and air-free oil for optimal combustion with minimal discharge of harmful particles. Tigerloop makes it possible to use a one-pipe system in all types of heating installations, thus ensuring the most environmentally safe method for transporting oil from the oil tank to the burner.
Tigerloop combines the advantages of the oil pump of a two-pipe system with the advantages from the oil tank of a one-pipe system. When using a one-pipe system and Tigerloop, only the amount of oil used by the oil burner is drawn from the oil tank. As the oil flow decreases, so does the amount of dirt particles transported from the tank. This results in cleaner combustion. The pressurized return line to the oil tank is removed, thus eliminating the risk for hazardous leakage. A large amount of air bubbles are released when oil is drawn from the oil tank to the oil burner. These air bubbles cause breakdowns, increased soot and excessive wear on the oil pump. By functioning as an automatic deaerator, Tigerloop eliminates all such problems.

Delivery Terms

The delivery of a tank can be confusing as each manufacturer offers a slightly different service and lead time. Please refer to our Delivery Information page. Standard tank deliveries are "kerbside", which means the tank will be delivered to the kerb only and not positioned further. Should you have specific delivery requirements or restrictions, please contact us to discuss.
Tanks over 2,500L — articulated lorry, customer offload
These tanks are delivered on an articulated vehicle (approximately 16.5m long × 2.6m wide × 3m high) which has no offloading on board. It is the customer's responsibility to offload the tank, which may require a telehandler or forklift.
Curtain-sided vehicles are also used, so please note that if there are obstacles or overhanging branches on the road to the delivery site, the driver may refuse to drive to the location due to the risk of damaging the vehicle. Please let us know about any obstructions before delivery so we can arrange alternative transport.
18-tonne tail-lift HGV
This vehicle is roughly the size of the largest bin lorries — approximately 8.2m long × 2.6m wide × 4m high, and often curtain-sided. If there are overhanging branches, these vehicles will not attempt the route, so a smaller vehicle should be requested.
Tanks are lowered to the ground but not positioned, as this is a kerbside delivery. If a smaller vehicle is required, email sales@fueltankshop.co.uk quoting your order number and name.
HIAB delivery
HIAB delivery is available but must be requested, and carries an additional cost. Email sales@fueltankshop.co.uk quoting your order number and name, and we'll come back to you with a price.

If you need them sooner we can sometimes offer a next-day service; please contact us to discuss. If an item is out of stock we'll advise the expected lead time, and you're free to cancel for a full refund.
Returns Information
Customers may return items within 14 calendar days, as set out in section 7 of our Terms & Conditions.
All items must be returned unused. Refunds cannot be issued for used or previously installed items.
Please be aware that returning a tank can be complicated and expensive, so do check you're ordering the correct item — we strongly suggest checking the dimensions carefully before you buy.
How to return an item
- Complete the form on our returns page with details of your order.
- Once your request is approved, we'll issue a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) along with instructions on how and where to return your order, and any costs involved.
- Please do not return any goods without this authorisation. Goods cannot be accepted without a valid RAN.
- Returns are not accepted at our Minehead office. Please wait until we contact you before returning anything.
