The Tecalemit HDA Fuel Management System (FMS) is a versatile solution suitable for fleets of all sizes, including multi-site and multi-user operations. It's ideal for managing the dispensing of fuel and AdBlue®, ensuring full accountability for every drop. The system tracks which drivers and vehicles have drawn fuel or AdBlue®, along with precise date, time, and volume data. This information is securely stored in cloud-based software, enabling remote monitoring and detailed reporting. The FMS also helps identify underperforming vehicles and drivers by calculating MPG.
You can choose between the 2 options: the unit only or the cloud-based kit. The unit only does not have a built-in modem or sim (This can be purchased at a later date) which won’t give you access to real time fuel usage and fuel level in the tank.
The cloud-based kit comes complete with GSM modem and SIM, fill level probe and 10 user keys. This option will provide real time readings of fuel consumption (who is dispensing and when) and the overall fuel level of your tank.

Delivery Terms
The delivery of a tank can be confusing as each manufacturer offers a slightly different service and lead time. Please refer to our Delivery Information page. Standard tank deliveries are "kerbside", which means the tank will be delivered to the kerb only and not positioned further. Should you have specific delivery requirements or restrictions, please contact us to discuss.
Tanks over 2,500L — articulated lorry, customer offload
These tanks are delivered on an articulated vehicle (approximately 16.5m long × 2.6m wide × 3m high) which has no offloading on board. It is the customer's responsibility to offload the tank, which may require a telehandler or forklift.
Curtain-sided vehicles are also used, so please note that if there are obstacles or overhanging branches on the road to the delivery site, the driver may refuse to drive to the location due to the risk of damaging the vehicle. Please let us know about any obstructions before delivery so we can arrange alternative transport.
18-tonne tail-lift HGV
This vehicle is roughly the size of the largest bin lorries — approximately 8.2m long × 2.6m wide × 4m high, and often curtain-sided. If there are overhanging branches, these vehicles will not attempt the route, so a smaller vehicle should be requested.
Tanks are lowered to the ground but not positioned, as this is a kerbside delivery. If a smaller vehicle is required, email sales@fueltankshop.co.uk quoting your order number and name.
HIAB delivery
HIAB delivery is available but must be requested, and carries an additional cost. Email sales@fueltankshop.co.uk quoting your order number and name, and we'll come back to you with a price.
Accessories
Most accessories are delivered within 1–3 working days. Certain products and postcodes may take longer — check the product page for current information. If you need them sooner we can sometimes offer a next-day service; please contact us to discuss. If an item is out of stock we'll advise the expected lead time, and you're free to cancel for a full refund.
Returns Information
Customers may return items within 14 calendar days, as set out in section 7 of our Terms & Conditions.
All items must be returned unused. Refunds cannot be issued for used or previously installed items.
Please be aware that returning a tank can be complicated and expensive, so do check you're ordering the correct item — we strongly suggest checking the dimensions carefully before you buy.
How to return an item
- Complete the form on our returns page with details of your order.
- Once your request is approved, we'll issue a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) along with instructions on how and where to return your order, and any costs involved.
- Please do not return any goods without this authorisation. Goods cannot be accepted without a valid RAN.
- Returns are not accepted at our Minehead office. Please wait until we contact you before returning anything.
