Piusi Access 85

Piusi Access 85 fuel tank security system is a pump control, which limits access to a tank’s fuel to up to 85 authorised magnetic key holders only. Emergency stop button & variable delivery timer. Ideal solution when a user requires the security benefits of a fuel management system, but finds their reporting software costly and unnecessary.

The All New Piusi Access 85 Fuel Management System can be used to control access to a fuel transfer pump for up to 85 users plus it can be used to control the operating conditions of the pump. The Piusi Access 85 will only allow access by authorised personnel to the fuel pump by the use of an electronic user key and is ideal for haulage, commercial and industrial users looking to keep tight control over who is allowed to dispense diesel. The Piusi Access 85 can also be connected to an Ocio level sensor, which would then turn the pump off under low level conditions thus protecting the fuel pump from unnecessary damage due to 'running dry'. The unit can be linked to a nozzle switch so that the pump is turned off upon replacing the nozzle in the holster thus shutting down the whole system until the next refuelling. In addition the Piusi Access 85 has a variable timer to shut the pump off after a predetermined time plus an safety/emergency stop button in the event of an emergency, which makes for a very safe and dependable diesel transfer system. All of these functions can be configured by the on site manager.

Delivery Terms

The delivery of a tank can be confusing as each manufacturer offers a slightly different service and lead time. Please refer to our Delivery Information page. Standard tank deliveries are "kerbside", which means the tank will be delivered to the kerb only and not positioned further. Should you have specific delivery requirements or restrictions, please contact us to discuss.

Tanks over 2,500L — articulated lorry, customer offload

These tanks are delivered on an articulated vehicle (approximately 16.5m long × 2.6m wide × 3m high) which has no offloading on board. It is the customer's responsibility to offload the tank, which may require a telehandler or forklift.

Curtain-sided vehicles are also used, so please note that if there are obstacles or overhanging branches on the road to the delivery site, the driver may refuse to drive to the location due to the risk of damaging the vehicle. Please let us know about any obstructions before delivery so we can arrange alternative transport.

18-tonne tail-lift HGV

This vehicle is roughly the size of the largest bin lorries — approximately 8.2m long × 2.6m wide × 4m high, and often curtain-sided. If there are overhanging branches, these vehicles will not attempt the route, so a smaller vehicle should be requested.

Tanks are lowered to the ground but not positioned, as this is a kerbside delivery. If a smaller vehicle is required, email sales@fueltankshop.co.uk quoting your order number and name.

HIAB delivery

HIAB delivery is available but must be requested, and carries an additional cost. Email sales@fueltankshop.co.uk quoting your order number and name, and we'll come back to you with a price.

Accessories

Most accessories are delivered within 1–3 working days. Certain products and postcodes may take longer — check the product page for current information. If you need them sooner we can sometimes offer a next-day service; please contact us to discuss. If an item is out of stock we'll advise the expected lead time, and you're free to cancel for a full refund.

Returns Information

Customers may return items within 14 calendar days, as set out in section 7 of our Terms & Conditions.

All items must be returned unused. Refunds cannot be issued for used or previously installed items.

Please be aware that returning a tank can be complicated and expensive, so do check you're ordering the correct item — we strongly suggest checking the dimensions carefully before you buy.

How to return an item

  • Complete the form on our returns page with details of your order.
  • Once your request is approved, we'll issue a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) along with instructions on how and where to return your order, and any costs involved.
  • Please do not return any goods without this authorisation. Goods cannot be accepted without a valid RAN.
  • Returns are not accepted at our Minehead office. Please wait until we contact you before returning anything.
