Product Overview
The Kingspan V9200DD 9200 Litre Bunded Diesel Dispensing Tank is a large-capacity, above-ground fuel storage and dispensing solution designed for commercial, industrial, agricultural and fleet applications. With a 9,200-litre capacity and 110% bunded construction, it provides secure on-site storage and dispensing of diesel, gas oil and HVO.
The tank is supplied with a complete dispensing package including a 230V pump, delivery hose, automatic shut-off nozzle, flow meter, filter, overfill prevention valve and bund alarm. Smart and PRO fuel management configurations are available, together with optional higher-flow pumping and hose-reel options.

Smart and PRO Fuel Management Options
The V9200DD is available in Smart and PRO configurations.
The Smart specification includes the Watchman FLO system for fuel level monitoring and flow measurement.
The PRO specification adds the Watchman Access Fuel Management System, providing cloud-based fuel management technology, access to online data, starter cards and fobs, a roaming SIM card, technical support and an engineer site visit for system checks on the UK mainland, subject to the stated conditions.
The PRO system is intended for customers who require additional control and monitoring of fuel usage across their site.
Optional High-Flow Pump and Hose Reel
The tank can be configured with either a 72 lpm or 100 lpm pump.
A longer 8-metre hose with reel is also available as an alternative to the standard 6-metre delivery hose, providing additional flexibility where the dispensing point needs to cover a larger refuelling area.
110% Bunded Tank Construction
The Kingspan V9200DD features a 110% bunded tank design, consisting of a primary inner storage tank surrounded by an outer containment tank.
The inner tank provides the main fuel storage vessel, while the outer bund provides secondary containment. If fuel escapes from the primary tank, the outer tank is designed to contain the surplus fuel and help prevent an environmental pollution incident.
Diesel, Gas Oil and HVO Storage
The tank is suitable for diesel, gas oil and HVO. The manufacturer states that it is suitable for fuel oil (A2) and gas oil/diesel including biofuel HVO as defined by BS EN 2869, BS EN 590 and BS EN 15940.
The tank is specifically stated as not suitable for kerosene, so it should only be used with compatible fuels within the manufacturer's stated application range.

Delivery and Offloading
The 9200 Litre V9200DD is supplied using a kerbside delivery service. The tank is delivered to the kerb and is not positioned into its final installation location.
For tanks over 2,500 litres, articulated-lorry delivery and customer offloading apply. The customer is responsible for providing suitable equipment, such as a telehandler or forklift, to safely unload and manoeuvre the tank into position.
The delivery vehicle may be approximately 16.5 metres long, 2.6 metres wide and 3 metres high. Access routes should therefore be checked for width restrictions, low branches, overhead obstructions and other potential access problems.
HIAB delivery is available by prior arrangement at additional cost.

Delivery Terms

The delivery of a tank can be confusing as each manufacturer offers a slightly different service and lead time. Please refer to our Delivery Information page. Standard tank deliveries are "kerbside", which means the tank will be delivered to the kerb only and not positioned further. Should you have specific delivery requirements or restrictions, please contact us to discuss.
Tanks over 2,500L — articulated lorry, customer offload
These tanks are delivered on an articulated vehicle (approximately 16.5m long × 2.6m wide × 3m high) which has no offloading on board. It is the customer's responsibility to offload the tank, which may require a telehandler or forklift.
Curtain-sided vehicles are also used, so please note that if there are obstacles or overhanging branches on the road to the delivery site, the driver may refuse to drive to the location due to the risk of damaging the vehicle. Please let us know about any obstructions before delivery so we can arrange alternative transport.
18-tonne tail-lift HGV
This vehicle is roughly the size of the largest bin lorries — approximately 8.2m long × 2.6m wide × 4m high, and often curtain-sided. If there are overhanging branches, these vehicles will not attempt the route, so a smaller vehicle should be requested.
Tanks are lowered to the ground but not positioned, as this is a kerbside delivery. If a smaller vehicle is required, email sales@fueltankshop.co.uk quoting your order number and name.
HIAB delivery
HIAB delivery is available but must be requested, and carries an additional cost. Email sales@fueltankshop.co.uk quoting your order number and name, and we'll come back to you with a price.

If you need them sooner we can sometimes offer a next-day service; please contact us to discuss. If an item is out of stock we'll advise the expected lead time, and you're free to cancel for a full refund.
Returns Information
Customers may return items within 14 calendar days, as set out in section 7 of our Terms & Conditions.
All items must be returned unused. Refunds cannot be issued for used or previously installed items.
Please be aware that returning a tank can be complicated and expensive, so do check you're ordering the correct item — we strongly suggest checking the dimensions carefully before you buy.
How to return an item
- Complete the form on our returns page with details of your order.
- Once your request is approved, we'll issue a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) along with instructions on how and where to return your order, and any costs involved.
- Please do not return any goods without this authorisation. Goods cannot be accepted without a valid RAN.
- Returns are not accepted at our Minehead office. Please wait until we contact you before returning anything.
