Atlantis 2350L Steel Bunded Oil Tank with Imperium® Technology

The Atlantis 2350 L Imperium® bunded steel oil tank is a high-specification, robust solution for the safe and efficient storage of heating oil, kerosene, diesel, HVO, waste oils, and more (subject to compatibility).

Built to modern standards with installer convenience and long-term durability in mind, it's ideal for medium- to large-scale domestic and light commercial applications where a compliant, secure and adaptable tank is required.

The new range of heating oil tanks is designed to serve heating engineers, oil installers, and end-users with equal excellence. Imperium delivers real-world benefits, including quicker delivery, simpler installation, easier maintenance, and a longer product lifespan. It can even transform your tank into a completely different use!

Key Features & Benefits

  • Imperium® Technology & Modular Design - The Imperium® approach allows for modular fitting plates that are removable and interchangeable - making it easier to change application (e.g. switching from heating oil to generator feed) or service in future
  • The shell design emphasises reduced welds, tighter tolerances, and more robust construction - improving integrity and long-term reliability.
  • Built from structural steel grade S275 JR per BS EN 10025-2:2004
  • Conforms to BS 799 Part 5 for design and construction of carbon-steel oil storage tanks.
  • Backed by a 10-year manufacturer's Warranty (subject to terms, correct installation, and maintenance)
  • Bunded Design for Safety & Environmental Protection - Outer bund (secondary shell) capacity is sized to contain 110% of the inner tank's volume. Also featuring a 1.5" Bund Socket to allow fitting of a bund alarm probe and dedicated bund vents.
  • Practical & Installer-Friendly Design - Removable top fitting plate, which allows easy access to internal components.
  • Pitched roof design helps shed rainwater and reduce standing water
  • Coating Corrosion Protection - Finished with a two-coat anti-rust (Zinfos 340 WS) System.

Delivery Terms

The delivery of a tank can be confusing as each manufacturer offers a slightly different service and lead time. Please refer to our Delivery Information page. Standard tank deliveries are "kerbside", which means the tank will be delivered to the kerb only and not positioned further. Should you have specific delivery requirements or restrictions, please contact us to discuss.

Tanks over 2,500L — articulated lorry, customer offload

These tanks are delivered on an articulated vehicle (approximately 16.5m long × 2.6m wide × 3m high) which has no offloading on board. It is the customer's responsibility to offload the tank, which may require a telehandler or forklift.

Curtain-sided vehicles are also used, so please note that if there are obstacles or overhanging branches on the road to the delivery site, the driver may refuse to drive to the location due to the risk of damaging the vehicle. Please let us know about any obstructions before delivery so we can arrange alternative transport.

18-tonne tail-lift HGV

This vehicle is roughly the size of the largest bin lorries — approximately 8.2m long × 2.6m wide × 4m high, and often curtain-sided. If there are overhanging branches, these vehicles will not attempt the route, so a smaller vehicle should be requested.

Tanks are lowered to the ground but not positioned, as this is a kerbside delivery. If a smaller vehicle is required, email sales@fueltankshop.co.uk quoting your order number and name.

HIAB delivery

HIAB delivery is available but must be requested, and carries an additional cost. Email sales@fueltankshop.co.uk quoting your order number and name, and we'll come back to you with a price.

Accessories

Most accessories are delivered within 1–3 working days. Certain products and postcodes may take longer — check the product page for current information. If you need them sooner we can sometimes offer a next-day service; please contact us to discuss. If an item is out of stock we'll advise the expected lead time, and you're free to cancel for a full refund.

Returns Information

Customers may return items within 14 calendar days, as set out in section 7 of our Terms & Conditions.

All items must be returned unused. Refunds cannot be issued for used or previously installed items.

Please be aware that returning a tank can be complicated and expensive, so do check you're ordering the correct item — we strongly suggest checking the dimensions carefully before you buy.

How to return an item

  • Complete the form on our returns page with details of your order.
  • Once your request is approved, we'll issue a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) along with instructions on how and where to return your order, and any costs involved.
