Bunded Tank Construction
The V9400WOW is a bunded tank, consisting of a primary inner storage tank contained within an outer tank.
The inner tank provides the main storage vessel, while the outer tank acts as secondary containment. In the event of a spill or leakage from the primary tank, the outer bund is designed to contain the surplus liquid, helping to reduce the risk of environmental pollution.
This tank-within-a-tank configuration provides an additional level of containment for waste oil storage applications.
Supplied with Large-Capacity Tundish
The Deso V9400WOW is supplied complete with a large-capacity tundish to assist with the collection of waste oil.
The tundish provides a dedicated filling area for transferring waste oil into the storage tank and is supplied as part of the tank package.
Lockable Lid and Removable Strainer
The tank is supplied with a lockable lid, helping to restrict access to the filling area when the tank is not being used.
A removable strainer is also included. The strainer helps to prevent unwanted larger debris from entering the tank during the waste oil collection process while allowing it to be removed for inspection or cleaning.
Suitable Applications
The 9200 Litre Deso V9400WOW is designed specifically for waste oil and lubricant storage.
Typical applications include:
- Commercial waste oil storage
- Industrial waste oil collection
- Agricultural waste oil storage
- Workshop and garage waste oil storage
- Used lubricant storage
- Waste oil collection points
- Sites generating larger volumes of used oil
- Centralised waste oil storage facilities
The tank provides a dedicated storage solution where waste oils need to be collected and retained before disposal or collection.
Delivery and Offloading
The 9200 Litre Deso V9400WOW is delivered on an articulated vehicle for standard tank deliveries. These vehicles are approximately 16.5 metres long, 2.6 metres wide and 3 metres high, and do not have onboard offloading equipment.
Customer offloading is therefore required and may require a suitable telehandler or forklift.
HIAB delivery is available at additional cost by prior arrangement. The supplier should be contacted before delivery if HIAB offloading is required.
The delivery is normally kerbside, meaning the tank is delivered to the kerb and is not positioned further into the property. Access should be checked carefully for narrow roads, overhanging branches and other potential obstructions.

Delivery Terms
Lead Time Is 10-14 Working Days
The delivery of a tank can be confusing as each manufacturer offers a slightly different service and lead time. Please refer to our Delivery Information page. Standard tank deliveries are "kerbside", which means the tank will be delivered to the kerb only and not positioned further. Should you have specific delivery requirements or restrictions, please contact us to discuss.
Tanks over 2,500L — articulated lorry, customer offload
These tanks are delivered on an articulated vehicle (approximately 16.5m long × 2.6m wide × 3m high) which has no offloading on board. It is the customer's responsibility to offload the tank, which may require a telehandler or forklift.
Curtain-sided vehicles are also used, so please note that if there are obstacles or overhanging branches on the road to the delivery site, the driver may refuse to drive to the location due to the risk of damaging the vehicle. Please let us know about any obstructions before delivery so we can arrange alternative transport.
18-tonne tail-lift HGV
This vehicle is roughly the size of the largest bin lorries — approximately 8.2m long × 2.6m wide × 4m high, and often curtain-sided. If there are overhanging branches, these vehicles will not attempt the route, so a smaller vehicle should be requested.
Tanks are lowered to the ground but not positioned, as this is a kerbside delivery. If a smaller vehicle is required, email sales@fueltankshop.co.uk quoting your order number and name.
HIAB delivery
HIAB delivery is available but must be requested, and carries an additional cost. Email sales@fueltankshop.co.uk quoting your order number and name, and we'll come back to you with a price.
Accessories
Most accessories are delivered within 1–3 working days. Certain products and postcodes may take longer — check the product page for current information. If you need them sooner we can sometimes offer a next-day service; please contact us to discuss. If an item is out of stock we'll advise the expected lead time, and you're free to cancel for a full refund.
Returns Information
Customers may return items within 14 calendar days, as set out in section 7 of our Terms & Conditions.
All items must be returned unused. Refunds cannot be issued for used or previously installed items.
Please be aware that returning a tank can be complicated and expensive, so do check you're ordering the correct item — we strongly suggest checking the dimensions carefully before you buy.
How to return an item
