2140 LITRE U.N. APPROVED BUNDED DIESEL and 120L Adblue - Site Tow Bowser

2140 litre (470 gallons) bunded diesel transportable skid bowser with Additional 120L Adblue Tank designed for off-road use.

Chassis: Constructed from 100 x 50 RSC fully welded with front standing plate and A frame drawbar. Hot dip galvanized

Axle/Suspension: Single solid beam axle fitted with heavy duty 6 stud 205mm pcd hubs fitted with taper roller bearings

Wheels & Tyres: 2 no 10.75" x 15.3" flotation tyres on 6 stud rims

Coupling: 2" forged welded ring eye

Ancillary Equipment: Telescopic screw jack on drawbar

Outer bund tank:

  • Cylindrical in section with removable top section for tank access
  • Rear access door fitted with stainless steel hinge and fully lockable
  • Bund contains 110% of inner tank content
  • 4 lifting eyes
  • Fork lift pockets (for use when tank off of chassis only)

Inner Fuel Tank:

  • Constructed from translucent heavy duty polyethylene
  • 2" filler cap & chain
  • 2" vent valve
  • Top mounted 1/2" BSP feed & return points
  • Ball valve in base of tank to pump
  • Pressure relief valve

Pump:

  • K2 Semi rotary hand pump fitted with 15' of 1" fuel hose c/w trigger nozzle and stowed on bracket
  • Fitted with in-line 'Y' strainer
  • All contained within lockable bund area
  • 12V Pump upgrade available at extra cost

Finish:

  • Primer & 2 top coats - single British Standard (BS) colour

ADBLUE TANK:

TANK: Polyethylene with stainless moulded sockets, 1/2" sightglass, vent, 2" filler and 2" pump socket, c/w 2" stainless retaining strap. finished in blue.

FRAME: Hot dipped galvanised, with 3 counter sunk holes for mounting to the stand plate of the bowser. Easy fitting, 3x M10 holes to be drilled.

PUMP OPTIONS: Rotary hand pump or electric pump c/w 3-metre hose and trigger nozzle.

The delivery of a tank can be confusing as each manufacturer offers a slightly different service and lead time. Please refer to our Delivery Information page. Standard tank deliveries are "kerbside", which means the tank will be delivered to the kerb only and not positioned further. Should you have specific delivery requirements or restrictions, please contact us to discuss.

Tanks over 2,500L — articulated lorry, customer offload

These tanks are delivered on an articulated vehicle (approximately 16.5m long × 2.6m wide × 3m high) which has no offloading on board. It is the customer's responsibility to offload the tank, which may require a telehandler or forklift.

Curtain-sided vehicles are also used, so please note that if there are obstacles or overhanging branches on the road to the delivery site, the driver may refuse to drive to the location due to the risk of damaging the vehicle. Please let us know about any obstructions before delivery so we can arrange alternative transport.

18-tonne tail-lift HGV

This vehicle is roughly the size of the largest bin lorries — approximately 8.2m long × 2.6m wide × 4m high, and often curtain-sided. If there are overhanging branches, these vehicles will not attempt the route, so a smaller vehicle should be requested.

Tanks are lowered to the ground but not positioned, as this is a kerbside delivery. If a smaller vehicle is required, email sales@fueltankshop.co.uk quoting your order number and name.

HIAB delivery

HIAB delivery is available but must be requested, and carries an additional cost. Email sales@fueltankshop.co.uk quoting your order number and name, and we'll come back to you with a price.

Accessories

Most accessories are delivered within 1–3 working days. Certain products and postcodes may take longer — check the product page for current information. If you need them sooner we can sometimes offer a next-day service; please contact us to discuss. If an item is out of stock we'll advise the expected lead time, and you're free to cancel for a full refund.

Returns Information

Customers may return items within 14 calendar days, as set out in section 7 of our Terms & Conditions.

All items must be returned unused. Refunds cannot be issued for used or previously installed items.

Please be aware that returning a tank can be complicated and expensive, so do check you're ordering the correct item — we strongly suggest checking the dimensions carefully before you buy.

How to return an item

  • Complete the form on our returns page with details of your order.
  • Once your request is approved, we'll issue a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) along with instructions on how and where to return your order, and any costs involved.
  • Please do not return any goods without this authorisation. Goods cannot be accepted without a valid RAN.
  • Returns are not accepted at our Minehead office. Please wait until we contact you before returning anything.

Constructed from a polyethylene inner tank to ensure a clean storage solution of fuels, secured in a steel outer bund in which has fork truck lifting points (for when the tank is out of the chassis), Four lifting points and lockable rear door

Delivery Information

Our supplier can deliver to mainland UK and Northern Ireland locations but excludes offshore islands and locations and delivery is not included in the tank price

Delivery is a kerbside delivery service only and not a "drop at your door service".

Arrangements must be made by the customer to manoeuvre tanks into position.

Deliveries can be made by articulated lorry and it is the customers' responsibility to ensure safe and adequate access for large lorries plus off loading facilities at the delivery address. 

Off loading of heavy items should be made by fork lift with extended forks or similar heavy lifting equipment 

Tanks cannot be left without a customer signature
