How does Mondu Work?
Once you select the Mondu payment method for your purchase, you will be directed to the Mondu payment page. Where you will fill out the relevant information required.
Am I eligible for the Mondu payment option?
As long as you are a Business customer with a company number, Mondu is a viable payment option.
Why was I declined?
There can be several reasons why the Mondu payment method was declined, for example:
You may have outstanding invoices with Mondu that have exceeded the payment deadline.
They were unable to identify your company.
The mandatory credit check was unsuccessful.
Can I pay before the due date?
Yes, of course. You can pay the invoice at any time within the payment deadline. You will receive confirmation as soon as the payment is received (for a bank transfer, this usually takes 1 to 3 working days).
What do I need to provide when I make a purchase?
It's so simple! The only pieces of information required for Mondu to check you are eligible for the payment options is the following -
- Company Number
- Company Name and Registered Address
- Company email
If you require the pay in instalments option, you are required to provide the above plus a VAT Number.
What happens if I miss the due date?
We will keep you informed about your payment status. To avoid reminder fees, please transfer the outstanding payment as soon as possible.
What happens to my payment if I return my purchase?
Some things you will need to consider if you would like to return an order -
Follow the returns conditions for Fuel Tank Shop or contact us directly to discuss any questions.
If you want to return a product before you've made a payment, your invoice will be adjusted accordingly, and you will receive an overview of the new payment amount.
