Two Options Available:

  1. Fuel Management System (Standalone Unit)
This unit is designed to be installed onto an existing pump connected to an on-site fuel tank. It requires a pulse meter to measure fuel flow, generating electrical pulses that are converted into meaningful data for display and logging. (Refer to the first image above for details.)

  2. Complete Unit with Integrated Pump
This all-in-one unit is perfect for fuel tanks without an existing pump or for replacing outdated pumps on-site. It transforms your tank into a fully operational dispensing system. Unlike the standalone option, this unit does not require a pulse meter. (Refer to the second image above for details.)

The fully cloud-based version of the Tecalemit Fuel Management System offers a modern and efficient way to monitor and manage fuel usage in real time. Here's what it does:

Key Features and Functions

  1. Real-Time Monitoring:

    • The system provides real-time access to fuel consumption data, allowing businesses to track fuel usage as it happens.
  2. Cloud Connectivity:

    • Data is transmitted and stored securely on the cloud via a SIM card provided by Tecalemit.
    • This ensures that information is accessible from anywhere with an internet connection, whether on a computer, tablet, or smartphone.
  3. Data Analysis and Reporting:

    • Fuel transaction data, such as the date, time, volume, and user/vehicle details, is automatically uploaded to the cloud.
    • The system includes analytical tools to generate detailed reports on fuel usage patterns, helping businesses optimize their operations.
  4. Remote Access and Control:

    • Users can log into the online portal to view and manage data without needing physical interaction with the system.
    • This feature is particularly useful for businesses managing multiple locations or remote sites.
  5. No On-Site Data Retrieval:

    • Unlike the USB version, the cloud-based system eliminates the need to manually download data via a USB stick, saving time and improving efficiency.
  6. Compatibility:

    • The system can be retrofitted onto existing fuel pumps using a pulse meter or supplied as a complete solution with an integrated pump.
    • The fully integrated unit is ideal for converting storage tanks without pumps into dispensing systems.
  7. Secure Data Storage:

    • Cloud storage ensures data is securely backed up, reducing the risk of loss due to hardware failure or damage.
  8. Annual Subscription Fee:

    • After the first year, there is an ongoing annual subscription fee to maintain access to the cloud platform and associated services.

Ideal Use Cases

  • Large or multi-site businesses needing centralized fuel monitoring.
  • Remote locations requiring real-time access to data.
  • Operations that prioritize efficiency, scalability, and security.

In summary, the fully cloud-based version is designed to provide a seamless, remote, and highly automated fuel management experience, helping businesses streamline their operations while staying in control of their fuel usage.

The USB version of the Tecalemit Fuel Management System is designed to provide a simple and efficient solution for tracking and managing fuel usage without relying on a cloud connection. Here's what it does:

Key Features and Functions:

  1. Fuel Usage Monitoring:

    • The USB system records data on fuel dispensed, such as the volume, date, time, and the vehicle or user associated with the transaction.
  2. Data Transfer via USB:

    • Instead of using cloud connectivity, the system stores all fuel transaction data locally.
    • Users can retrieve this data by physically connecting a USB stick to the system, which downloads the information for further analysis.
  3. Offline Operation:

    • Ideal for businesses or sites without reliable internet access, the USB system allows fuel management to continue seamlessly in offline environments.
  4. Data Analysis:

    • Once the data is transferred to a computer, it can be uploaded into Tecalemit’s dedicated software.
    • This software enables businesses to analyze fuel consumption patterns, identify inefficiencies, and ensure accountability.
  5. Cost-Effective Solution:

    • Without ongoing fees for cloud services, the USB system is a more budget-friendly option for smaller operations or businesses with limited connectivity needs.
  6. Compatibility:

    • The system can be installed on existing fuel pumps or tanks and works in tandem with pulse meters to measure fuel dispensed.

In summary, the USB version provides a straightforward, reliable way to monitor and manage fuel usage without requiring internet connectivity, making it a practical solution for sites with limited infrastructure.
